Neither partner should have any living children (including adopted, excluding fostered) from that or any previous relationship.
Additional Notes
1 full cycle funded. Previous cycles (NHS/private) count towards the total. Same-sex couples/physical disability receive up to 6 funded IUI cycles before IVF. Unexplained infertility requires 2 years of trying to conceive. Women 40-42 must not have had previous IVF and must meet ovarian reserve criteria. No funding if previously sterilised. Couples must be co-habiting in a stable relationship for at least 2 years. [ICSI: 1 full cycle funded. Previous cycles (NHS/private) count towards the total.
