Living Children Rule
At least one individual in a couple must not have a living child from their relationship or any previous relationship. Single persons should not have a living child.
Additional Notes
Patients under 40 are eligible for up to 3 fresh cycles (max 6 embryo transfers). Patients aged 40-42 are eligible for 1 fresh cycle (max 2 embryo transfers). Neither partner can have undergone previous sterilisation.
