Neither partner should have any living children (including adopted, but not fostered) from their current or any previous relationship.
Additional Notes
West Yorkshire ICB funds 1 cycle. Couples must co-habit for 2 years. No funding for sterilised patients. E-cigarettes allowed if no concurrent tobacco use. Patients aged 40-42 must have no previous IVF and meet ovarian reserve criteria.
